Zucchini in Crushed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 each Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 each Large Zucchini
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
  1. In a 4 quart pot, saute onion and garlic.
  2. Add all other ingredients; bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat to medium low and cook for 12 minutes.

Tip: This dish can be served as a vegetable, over pasta, or with cooked chicken.
