Furmano's Goulash

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Lean Ground Beef
  • 3/4 cup Onion, Diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 16 pounds Elbow Macaroni, Cooked
Preparation
  1. Place a pot over medium heat. Add ground beef. As the beef begins to cook, add onions and garlic.
  2. When the onions become clear, add basil, oregano, salt and black pepper. Saute for 2 minutes
  3. Mix in tomato paste and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes and heat to 160 degrees.
  5. Add cooked pasta. Stir and return heat to 160 degrees.
